What is your returns policy?
As all items are custom made to order, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for change of mind.
We will replace or return your item, however, if goods are delivered faulty, or not as clearly described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you according to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements. In the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to email@example.com with a description and photos of the damage or issue, so we can discuss with you.
All returns (due to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, which must be received in original condition and packaging.
Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.

All pieces are in inches. Calculations are as follows:

Do you accept custom sizes
Yes, most images can be printed at custom sizes. This usually requires the image to be cropped from its original ratio. Extensive cropping will limit how large the image can be printed. Please contact me if you're interested in a custom size.
Will my image be Landscape (horizontal) or Portrait (Vertical)
Framed & Acrylic prints will always be ready to hang based on the first image on the website. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to change orientation.
Unframed prints will be entirely up to you.
Borders are only for for unframed & framed prints, not acrylics

Warranty of our products
We are not liable for any misuse of the products, and only accept returns if they meet our Returns Policy listed above. Please note, all canvas and art prints are not intended for use in direct sunlight, or will cause fading. We take no responsibility if you hang your artwork in direct sunlight, and it does this.
A promo code didn't work, what do i do?
If a promotion that is listed as currently active doesn't work when you are on the cart or checkout please do contact us. Promotion codes cannot be applied once an order has been placed, or when the promotion has ended, so please check before you place your order that it has shown on the cart as working, if unsure send us a Live Chat message or phone or email us (contact form msg or email@example.com if unsure!
